WHAT WE DO
Helping our clients transition to sustainable water and sanitation requires an integrated capacity development approach that ensures all relevant institutions have clear roles and mandates, appropriate structures and processes, functional communication systems, and a healthy organisational culture. At the individual level, skills and knowledge are tailored to specific roles and responsibilities. Our clients include central and local government departments, public and private utilities, as well as development and implementation agencies.
We provide consulting, training, and coaching services at the levels of individuals, teams, institutions, and networks/institutional ecosystems. Our methods are grounded in behavioural sciences and aim at both immediate operational excellence and long-term organisational health.
